How to perform the wall sit
- Stand with your back against a wall, with your feet shoulder-width apart and about 2 feet away from the wall. Slide your back down the wall, bending your knees until they form a 90-degree angle, as if you are sitting in an invisible chair. Keep your back flat against the wall, your core engaged, and your weight on your heels. Hold this position for the desired amount of time.
