How to perform the wall ball

  1. Stand facing a wall at a comfortable distance, holding a medicine ball with both hands at chest level. Squat down, keeping your chest up, back straight, and weight on your heels. As you stand up, explosively throw the medicine ball upwards against the wall. Catch the ball as it bounces back, absorbing the impact by bending your knees and returning to the squat position. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
