How to perform the triceps kickback

  1. Hold a dumbbell in one hand and stand with your feet hip-width apart. Hinge at your hips, keeping your back straight and your chest up. Bend your knees slightly and position your upper arm parallel to the floor. Keeping your upper arm stationary, extend your forearm backward until your arm is fully extended. Slowly return the dumbbell to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the exercise. Complete the desired number of reps on one side before switching to the other arm.
