How to perform the cable triceps extension

  1. Attach a rope or straight bar attachment to a high pulley on a cable machine. Stand facing the machine, with your feet shoulder-width apart. Grasp the attachment with both hands, palms facing down. Position your elbows close to your head and fully extend your arms. Keeping your elbows stationary, lower the attachment behind your head by bending your elbows. Press the attachment back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms. Maintain control and proper form throughout the exercise.
