How to perform the t-bar row

  1. Set up a T-bar row machine or load a barbell with the appropriate weight and secure one end in a corner or landmine attachment. Stand facing the bar, with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent. Grasp the handle with both hands, palms facing each other. Engage your core and hinge at your hips, keeping your back straight and your chest up. Pull the handle toward your chest, squeezing your shoulder blades together and keeping your elbows close to your body. Slowly return the handle to the starting position, maintaining control throughout the exercise.
