How to perform the sled push

  1. Load a sled with an appropriate amount of weight. Stand behind the sled, holding the handles with your arms extended and your chest up. Engage your core and lean forward, putting your weight into the sled. Push the sled forward, driving through your legs and using your entire body to generate force. Continue pushing the sled for a set distance or time. Maintain proper form and control throughout the exercise.
