How to perform the reverse plank
- Sit on the ground with your legs extended in front of you and your hands placed on the ground behind you, fingers pointing toward your feet. Engage your core and lift your hips off the ground, pushing through your hands and heels until your body forms a straight line from head to heels. Hold the position for the desired amount of time, keeping your hips elevated and your body straight. Slowly lower your hips back to the ground to complete the exercise.
