How to perform the dumbbell reverse lunge

  1. Hold dumbbells at your sides and stand with your feet hip-width apart. Step one foot back and lower into a lunge until both knees are bent around 90 degrees. Keep your front knee tracking over your toes, then push through your front heel to return to standing. Repeat on the other leg.
