How to perform the frog jumps

  1. Start in a squat position with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing outward. Lower your hips down into a deep squat, keeping your chest up and back straight. Use your legs to explosively jump up and forward, landing back into the squat position. Repeat for the desired number of reps or distance.
